Too many coach changes and different drivers. Travel arrangements were not made clear. Half the journey was on feeder coaches. Food at windermere hotel excellent. Seating for meals very lonely for single travellers. I do not intend travelling with shearings again.

The transport system involving hubs and pick ups wastes a lot of holiday time and is waring and tiring. Can’t you have a fleet of smaller vehicles which could go directly to the final destination? Less fuel would be used and more people would have a more enjoyable time. This would result in returning customers.
