Having people on standby should others cancel means avoiding cancellation charges.
Set a deadline for final bookings for your group holiday, which will prompt people to reply.
Request a deposit from group members as early as possible to ensure you have the money in time for payment.
Keep a record of all payments made towards your group tour so you know who has paid and how much. We can provide you with a document to use, or download here.
Be sure to check the booking confirmation we send you to make sure all details are correct. Alternatively, call your Shearings group advisor to go through the details.
Ask for final balance payments a couple of weeks before they are due to ensure you have the money in time.
