Today we visit the quaint village of Dunster, set between the foothills of Exmoor National Park and the Somerset coast. It is considered by many as the most intact medieval village in England and is dominated by Dunster Castle. Explore at your leisure, perhap visiting the iconic Yarn Market, the remains of a Benedictine priory, or the working Watermill. We then continue to Minehead, with its pretty harbour and picturesque town centre. We return back to the hotel in time for our 'Christmas Dinner' complete with a complimentary glass of wine.
Relax at your own pace or join our optional excursion to Barnstaple and Bideford. Why not visit the Pannier Market and Butcher’s Row with its artisan studios offering locally and on-site made gifts, pottery, wood carving, jewellery, paintings and more.
