Local departure by coach or Home Connect service, then crossing by ferry to the Isle of Wight and on to Norton Grange for a four-night stay.
Enjoy a full day scenic island tour, taking in places of interest along the way.
With 57 miles of coastline, this is an island shaped by the sea, and has many pretty towns and villages dotted amongst its rolling hills. We start by crossing the heart of the island to reach Ventnor on the south east coast. We then take the coastal road, passing beautiful Freshwater Bay, before stopping in coastal Yarmouth.
Join our included excursion to Shanklin where there will be free time to admire the picturesque old village with its thatched roofs and the quaint town centre.
Later in the day we return to Norton Grange where the rest of the day will be at leisure so you could perhaps enjoy the daily activities and the evening entertainment. Take a dip in the indoor-heated swimming pool, try something new such as archery or perhaps take a stroll in the grounds which offer some truly beautiful coastal views*.
Visit pretty Godshill, a quaint village with thatched cottages clustered around a typical English church, and one of the most photographed destinations on the Isle of Wight.
Explore the delightful collection of tea rooms, interesting range of shops offering local delicacies, and All Saints Church which gives the village its name which is perched on a hall overlooking the village.
Return home.
