Trips were good and drivers yannis and Ben excellent Alphabet hitel films was ok but mo no Was a bully. The bar never open Could not take drink outside or up to room Nobody bothered to help Felt like been told off all the time at breakfast. Drinks included was a joke Only had 1 and half hours to drink and could not relax Brit hotel in France had no breakfast items left when we went for breakfast. Not fit for purpose. Would not go on shearings trip again as both hotels and delays ruined it. Someone must seriously consider sacking mo mo from alpine hotel as he is disgusting and has awful manners. Does not deserve to be in hospitality business. Carlos the manager was never around Very disappointed

We enjoyed our holiday once we arrived at our resort in Flims. The Brithotel stop off on the outbound could have been better, we had a room on the ground floor, this was ok except we did not have a window to open, only a door which for safety we could not leave open all night, so it was very hot in the room. There was also an adjoining door to the occupants in the next room which came as a shock when we opened the door thinking it was a cupboard. The journey home we stayed at an IBIS hotel in St. Quentin Basilique, The hotel had a problem with the door cards not working, we had to be let into our rooms. The breakfast was poor, facilities not sufficient for the number of guests, seating area for approx 40 guests when 2 coaches arrived with over 80 guests struggling to get breakfast, not enough space, cups running out. Very un-organised. With regard to the tour itself and the excursions other than being disappointed about the Glacier Train excursion being cancelled due to a rock fall on the tracks the remainder of the excursions we enjoyed. Regards Rita Sharratt

The 2 drivers were excellent except in giving very little information as to where we were or going en route. We travelled up to 3 - 4 hours on occasions without any knowledge of where we were or which direction we were travelling.
