This was my first coach trip and I loved it. I went with my parents who are both in their 80s. The trip was made such fun as our driver Phil was not only entertaining but went over and above in taking us off piste to visit other beautiful places such as Trentham Gardens and Bourton on the Water which was not on the itinerary but should be! The hotel was fab and our rooms were fantastic. The only disappointment was the last night in the dining room where the staff were not as diligent and attentive as they had been the other nights as we had to wait over 30+ minutes in between courses although the other half of the dining room were being served quickly. I did however mention this to the Manager when we checked out. The food was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would like to suggest that whilst you cannot control the traffic there should be something put in place in the event of adverse traffic/crashes such as a smaller coach/taxis/mini bus. We had to wait over 3 hours on the coach at Lymm to await other coaches who were stuck in traffic. Apart from that I loved every minute and so did my parents. Thank you ❤️

Hotel Charlecote Pheasant was ideally placed for visiting the places in the itinerary. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was well run. Our driver (Bill) was extremely good and went 'the extra mile' to ensure we all had very good experiences on our excursions.

Castle was great but the rest seemed like a theme park detracting from the history
