Before I went on the trip I precooked an excursion (city tour Budapest) at a cost of £34. After I had joined the river cruise I found out that this excursion was a free trip. SHEARINGS WHY DID YOU RIP ME OFF !!!!! Will you give me my money back, please. It is small things like this that mean so much when writing a review.
