a lot of wasted time. different changes of meal times. When we had a late sitting we didn't get our meals till at least an hour later. The best hotel out of the three was shapwells but we only stayed the one night.

Driver very good and kind. We were often left with no information at stops. Meals strict timing and varied from 6 pm to 9 pm. No entertainment. No valeting at last hotel. Valeting given in main hotel after complaint. Safari highlight was a farce. Only saw men in kilts and lichen and were driven over potholes at speed. Glamis castle was the highlight. One client was lost and we sat waiting on the coach for an hour.In spite of this we enjoyed some of the holiday

Hotel was comfortable but there was a lack of information about the destinations we visited. The driver just dropped us in a town and said what time he was picking us up. There was no advice, history or information like there used to be with Shearings. Also the fact we spent 10 hours on both outward and inward journeys was too much. We used to take our own car and leave it at Stretton Interchange which made the journey easier and less time on the coach. We couldn’t do this now the interchange has moved to Lymm as it is a service station and too expensive.

Great days out to Glamis Castle & St Andrews. Highland Safari with Andy the ranger was good fun and he was very informative. Hotel was nice, some entertainment in the evening would’ve been a bonus . Great crowd on the bus and friendly driver , Terry , too.
