with an extra experience
Today we journey west towards the coast and the bustling harbour town of Oban.
Known as the 'Gateway to the Isles', you can see many boats leaving the harbour to head out to Mull and the Hebrides. These boats often bring back with them fantastic fresh seafood, as well as connecting the people of this remote and beautiful corner of Scotland. Why not head to the Oban Chocolate Shop for a sweet treat, or the Oban Distillery for a 'wee' dram? Or, take the steep walk up to McCaig's Tower and be rewarded with wonderful views of the coast, the Island of Kerrera and the outlying isles.
Return home.
