No hot drink’s available on the coach at all times. Ran out of other drinks by the time the destination was reached. Only water available. The two drivers were at different ends of the scale and the driver only person James was most unprofessional and berated his colleague Valdomor to the whole coach. The guide driver Valdomor was very pleasant and informative. Our visit to Mount Blanc could have been made better if tickets were pre purchased as we spent one and three quarter hours waiting go up the mountain. This left us with very little time at the top. The journey the Chamonix-Mont-Blanc was so long as the driver James felt incapable to drive the coach over the mountains. The over night hotel stop at CDG airport was supposed to be four star but to just change bedding and towels and not clean the room any further was very poor and no evening meal to purchase was disappointing. On arrival back in the UK our transfer to our feeder coach at stop 24 was very professionally done. But the driver was did not explain that he was taking us Kidlington and not by taxi. This was veryfrustrating as we had to spend 45 minutes at Oxford services only 9 miles from our home destination. We thought that we would taken by taxi back to Kidlington from Oxford services as we did to join the tour. The driver took the wrong turning out the service's and ended up adding more time for the already delayed passengers on the coach. This was our first coach tour in Europe and we will think twice before doing any more.

Hotel good, shame between seasons and most shops shut. More time needed to visit Chamonix so that time could be spent going up Mt Blanc and look around (about 5Hrs)

No evening meals in stopover hotels & not enough information in places visited what to see in the time we had. Also the optional trip should have been included in the trip. The hotel in LA Clusaz was excellent & comfortable.
