Despite slightly tired décor, warm welcome and great gluten free breakfasts. Location on sea front great but a bit sad one has to pay for parking at £6 per night. Thanks for a good stay.

My wife and I have been regular users of your hotels. However we were not happy with our stay at your Exmouth hotel; 1. We do not agree with dogs allowed in ALL bedrooms/. People who take dogs on holiday are likely to allow them to sleep on their beds. 2. The carpet in our room was filthy with many ridges that were a tripping hazard. 3. No daily newspapers. 4. Parking charges £7.50 per day. You have a beautiful hotel in a superb location. Pity our holiday was spoilt for the above.
