Explore romantic Hever Castle and its exquisitely presented gardens.
Here you’ll find lavishly furnished rooms and one of the best collections of Tudor portraits and tales of Royalty, as this was the childhood home of Anne Boleyn. Set in magnificent gardens, this romantic castle formed the backdrop to a sequence of tumultuous events that changed the course of British history forever.
We also call at historic Hastings, where the ruins of the castle watch over the town and the three-mile stretch of glorious seafront.

Sissinghurst Castle Garden was the backdrop for a diverse history, from its astonishing time as a prison to being the home of the women's land army. The gardens here evoke the surroundings, with a Rose Garden, Lime Walk, White Garden and the colourful Cottage Garden.
"Cram, cram, cram every chink and cranny" was the approach to planting by Vita Sackville-West when her and her husband took ownership of the Sissinghurst Castle in 1930, and they set to work designing a garden that now is world-renowned and delights visitors from across the world.

Very efficiently run, although I didn't receive any luggage labels before travel. Good variety of trips, safe driver. Hotel was clean. Plenty of hot water. Cutbacks on the menu were obvious with less choice and variety. Menu repeated every 4 days which was disappointing.
