Found the fact that no drinks were served in the hotel until 8pm and also the dining room did not open until then. 8pm is late to eat for a lot of people. The staff at the hotel were great although only a few spoke a few words of English. Really enjoyed this holiday and it looks like Andorra is gearing itself up for year round tourists rather than just skiers. Fabulous tax free shopping and the main town centre is traffic free. There is a lot of travelling involved getting to Andorra, drivers superb in trying to get us there asap.

Only worth going to Andorra if you are seriously into duty free shopping. Andorra La Vella, the capital is extremely pretty, clean and has amazing statues and features which put lots of cities to shame. Parts of it reminded me of Covent Garden at Christmas. Having said that it is just a duty free shopping centre. The trips were mostly underwhelming and chosen as there wasn’t anywhere else to visit. Had 50 minutes wait for change of drivers stuck at the side of the road approximately an hour after we had started off on coach to get home for change of drivers. The driver leaving locked the toilet due to it being overflowing. He had a very bad attitude and used foul language describing one of the Shearings office staff to explain change of drivers. Hotels were mostly very good although the cafeteria at the main one was only open a couple of hours per morning when we were out on trips. The coach did run out of water which was unfortunate as needed it to take medication. Drivers were amazing though, especially on the mountainous roads.

Generally very good - scenery good, drivers Sean & Kieran excellent, fellow passengers by and large very pleasant. Hotel in Orly not up to usual standard as not fully prepared for our arrival and breakfast somewhat underwhelming.
